RELIABILITY - Precision engineered of long-life materials. All wet parts are bronze, brass, or stainless steel. The body and fittings are machined bronze or brass. The piston is stainless steel. Spring-loaded conical pop-pet valves provide snappy trouble-free action. Replaceable Buna N O-ring in poppet assures positive seal. Piston packing is Buna N O-ring with backup, (Special seals available.) RUGGED PORTABILITY: 4A - Weighing only 7 pounds on an aluminum channel base, overall dimensions are 20 long by 3 wide by 4 inches high. 7J -� Weighing only 27 pounds on an aluminum channel base and in a shipping carton. MECHANICAL ADVANTAGE FOR MANUAL PUMP LEVER4A - Heat treated aluminum lever has a shaft and roller, acting through a cross slot m the piston head for a practically friction-less, tight action. The manual load is 60 pounds (for 1000 PSIG pump) or 65 pounds {for 3000 PSIG pump). 7J - The lever fulcrum may be mounted in either of two positions. One delivers higher pressure per 100 pounds lever load (max. leverage). The other delivers greater displacement (output) per lever stroke (std. leverage). (See tables for data.) In addition, a handle extension is provided to increase the advantage for higher pump pressures. STANDARD CONFIGURATION4A - Intake (suction) connection is female hose swivel with screened coupling washer for attachment of standard garden hose.
